Anzac Day
Another Long weekend..
I am now resting at home..
and Sunday, the 25th,just out of sudden, our random plan to Philip Island.
not to see the Penguin, but to visit something new.
everything is just random.
we started to plan which attraction to visit.
Dear called to make sure they are open on the public holiday.
I have prepared some sandwiches and tea for our brunch..
but forgotten to bring my camera and itouch.
so i used the camera on my mobile
First of all,
we heading to Panny's, the Philip Island Chocolate Factory.
We got our free sample while we first walked in.
You can see lots of chocolate art once you walked in.
We went for the self guided tour for $12 each.
after we paid only we realised there is a 10% discount on concession.
but i think it is quite worth while for people like me who likes chocolate so much.
This is a place where you can learn how's the chocolate is being made.
A place where you can different Chocolate Art
a world map which shows the Cocoa Plantation around the world.
A 12,000 pieces chocolate mosaic of Dame Edna Everage
A two metre chocolate statue of Michelangelo's David
A Chocolate Village complete with working trains.
The old ads which we found the ads for Cadbury and Nestle.
A thunderous chocolate waterfall on every 3 minutes.
and of course more samples
We can even make our own chocolate art and eat it using the machine given.
And the next stop, which is also the last
we went to Amaze 'n' Things.
A stimulating, magical and bizarre world of
optical illusions, mazes, puzzles, mind games and the delights of Puzzle Land.

and actually we felt a bit dizzy in there.

Overall, this is a nice trip.

great, loving easter
I had a long weekend finally
Good Friday till Easter Monday
great resting days on Friday and Saturday
by doing nothing, I just sleep and eat and sleep and eat..

A great day for a day trip
The time has changed.
Daylight savings ended on the 4th.
but we are still not used to it.
Sunday, the 4th
Early in the morning,
we went out for English Breaky with Sian, Han, Alexis and Danny.
My Dear and I heading to Yarra Valley right after the breakfast
Yarra Valley is a Victoria's oldest wine region
it's located just one hour drive from Melbourne CBD
The very 1st stop we were -- Yering Station
we went for few wine tasting before the lunch
and of course we bought some wine since there are 20% off during easter
The Lunch
We had the cuvee for wine
Roast pork for Entree
Black Angus Beef eye rib for the Main
Parfait for the Dessert
and a small hot cross bun comes with the coffee
And the next stop -- Domaine Chandon
This is actually established by a famous French champaign house Moet & Chandon
but be honest, I would prefer the wine in yering rather than Chandon
Probably they are too light for me.
but anyway, I enjoyed the view and the free guided tour
This is the very first time I know how the wine is made
The "press" room --> The Barrel Room --> the Riddling Hall
And the last stop -- Helen's Hill
the wine is not really recommended by Dear so we just skip that
and just go for the view
Although this was really a short day trip, I enjoyed it

Another crazy month
Hail Storm on the 6th of March.
Luckily I was at home that day

have to fix that and it costs $5000 when we quote that.Poor Dear..

Dear prepared dinner for me
as he knows no one accompanied me for dinner while he is working night shift.

Ooops~~ That was one and a half month before??
my blog was so out-dated..
but be honest, I was too busy with those happening weekends.
let me check this out~!!
after the Chinese New Year, we had another 鱼生 on the 初七 of CNY
and there were a title for the party -- 年年有余
got to know new friends from Sim.
they are such friendly and nice people.
great knowing them~
and of course my darling was invited.
and of course, my Dear was back from Malaysia.
and he bought me a mug from HK Disneyland.
and we had a CAP PARTY on the 14th of CNY
as you can see from the theme of the party, everyone has to wear a Cap
We tried the English Breakfast @ Mart 130
Mart -- the mirror word from Tram and 130 is the stop for the tram
which is nearby Albert Park
This was it.
all happened during February 2010.
A blog is always a small note for myself to remember all those days~!!
