Holiday

Finally, I got the time to sit down to update my blog..
Finally, I have finished the clean up in my house..
cleaned the toilet which is full with dust..
vacuumed the floor which is full with carpet fur..
washed the bed sheet and the blanket..
unpacked the luggage which I brought back from Malaysia..
YES, I went back to Malaysia..
and now, I am back in Melbourne..
1 day left before my holidays end..

The most important thing to go back to Malaysia
is to see my baby darling - Chen Chen

He is damn cute
Love him so much
although sometime he is naughty
but i think this is because he is a bit too smart..
how can a 4 months boy knows someone is going out and never bring him?
how can a 4 months boy knows if you are not bringing him out after bathing?
how can a 4 months boy knows how to shout for someone after wake up until someone standing beside him?
He is really too smart..

I spent a weekend to go to JB to look for my younger sister
and of course my friends in JB as well
2 groups of frens this time
they are one of the groups that I can't miss to visit
otherwise Mr Loh Chuan Chiang will kill me

and the other group is the Hostel's Friends..
some of them purposely came back from Sg to have this gathering with me..
that's really touch..thanks guys..

Another week visiting to KL and see my elder sister
and of course the annual dinner for Pacific Oil Seals
a grand 15th anniversary for the company..congrats..

and of course, my Dear came back for this grand dinner..

Besides, I spent some time in the Salon to change my hairstyle..
and some time in the optical store to change a pair of spectacles..

I spent some time with my aunty and daddy in the Bowling Centre..
I taught them how to play and they seems addicted on it..

and the very last weekend..with my Dear..
he went to Kerteh again..
but luckily this time he was alright..
no sick when he got home..^^

we went to play badminton with my parents and aunties.
seriously speaking, they can play very well than what we did..

my mom prepared the dinner for me
which all of them are me and my dear's favourites..
hmm..missing mom's cooking now..

we went to Awana Kijal's Beach

we brought our darling baby along as well..
but too bad..see his face..
by the time he was there, he felt sleepy..
but still, he tried to look around since he never been there before

that's it for the holiday..

My parents didn't send me to the airport this time..
since my dear fetch me to KL the day before my flight..

before leaving my grandpa's house, I cried..
again, "乖乖啊 ! " he said..I can see his eyes turned red..
seriously, I miss him..a lot..

in the airport, I cried..
I cried after talking with my dad and mom thru phone..
seriously, I miss them..a lot..

on the plane, I cried..
I cried while I was drinking the hot Milo..
seriously, I miss home..a lot..

now, while I am writing this blog, I cried..
I cried because I am lonely..
seriously, I miss You..a lot..

anyway,
I have to start to work again on Monday..
hope everything would be alright..Blessing..

Your 24th

HAPPY 24th BIRTHDAY
again, to my Dearest

Since I had to leave Melbourne before your birthday,
unsurprisingly, We had a small surprise here..
I spent the whole day just to prepare for the cake
wake up in the early morning which is 6.30am after you stepped out the home
preparing for the middle part of the cake which is "ICE CREAM"
1 hour, i spent an hour for that..
I went back to my bed again while waiting for the ice cream to be setted
Just keep praying for myself to finish the cake in a day..

3 hours later..
seems like the ice cream is nearly there
I have to start for the Cake Part
it is not hard to make one
but just need some time to bake it
waiting and waiting and waiting
finally and I need to remove the cake from the cake pan
I have to cool the cake down so that the ice cream won't melt easily
OMG, by the time the cake cooled down, it was already 2.30pm
My Dear would be coming back at around 4.30pm
that means, I got only 2 hours to finish the decoration and the combination
but luckily, i spent only 15 minutes to finish the combination
can't spent too long on that as it will melt easily
the thick cream that I planned to use to wrap the cake,
was just nice to combine the cake
no idea of what to do,
I used the remaining white icing, writing icing and the ribbons

I finished everything at 3.30pm but need to do the clean up
to make sure Dear won't see what I did for the whole day
we pretended to have a so called family dinner as usual
and celebrate at our home later
finally, the birthday boy blow for the cake
the party itself was not surprise at all but luckily the ice cream cake was
Dear, it is quite hard for me to buy a grand present for you
this is just a small little thing that i can do for you
a very first time I finished a whole cake by myself

Mornington

Another Mornington Trip
(With Kheng, Sue Ann, Philip, Shirley, Janice, Abby, Yah Teng, Dear and Me)

As usual, we went to the Red Hill Cherry Farm and Sunny Ridge Strawberry Farm

Passed by Arthur Seat and 2 lookout points..
The Beach with the famous colourful hut

Lunch @ Rosebud
The vineyard which is located just right beside the Hot Spring
The scenery was nice but the wine was really disappointing us

And the best part -- Peninsula Hot Spring

Overall, This is quite a nice trip.. Dear enjoy the time with his family..
I love the Hot Spring so much..

= Happy Anniversary =

2nd of Jan 2010
We had a very great Anniversary Celebration

This is the present that I have made in front of him but he didn't realise that..
He thought I was making the Scrapbook..
This was made up of a Canvas and some Laser Die Cuts..

We had our breakfast -- Waffle with Peanut Butter

And started the CUPCAKE MAKING
Basically, I was the one prepared everything but He is the one who made it..
Let's see, here are the proofs..

Although it looks so so..
but this is what we made together..
Thanks Dear for doing all these with me..

And we went to the Cinema for the AVATAR 3D
it was quite a nice show although both of us felt dizzy when the show started

And next, the Dinner @ Number 8 Restaurant & Wine Bar
which is one of the restaurant in the Crown Casino

We had been offered the Compliment Champagne
since we celebrated our Anniversary in the Restaurant

where we also ordered the Merlot and Rose

The Bread with Sweet Potato and/or Garlic Dippings

Our Entree which cost us around $35
where I think this is the most worthy and awesome dishes
The Pork Belly, The Garlic Prawn, The Wagyu Beef and The Scallop

And Last but not least,
the Main -- Grilled Steak (Sirloin and Rib eye)

with the side dish -- Risotto
